National Senior Health & Fitness Day

Today is National Senior Health and Fitness Day! Older adults need at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (like brisk walking) and muscle-strengthening activities on 2 or more days a week that work all major muscle groups. Here are some more fitness tips from the American Senior Fitness Assoication! Have questions? Make an appointment with your NWOPCP provider and they can help guide you in establishing a fitness program!
